We undertake the design and specification of all these services, from tender to appointment of contractors and continual site monitoring of the contractors works during construction.
We operate in-house Cad systems and protocols to not only deliver to our clients a full design co-ordinated solution, but to also manage this process with ease. We have completed healthcare, residential and commercial projects up to £35m in value to BIM LOD levels, producing fully coordinated 3D design information.
BIM Services
PWC have developed BIM modelling capabilities in house and with its partners, bringing a solution for your requirements to the table for building services before they are installed.
We use in house / partner trained BIM technicians that work closely with the client using the latest full suite of Autodesk software available to produce models from marked-up sketches, 2D AutoCAD drawings or PDF files.
We follow the PAS1192-2 framework for BIM development and are experienced in delivering models according to a variety of required outputs.
